“What to Do with Thanksgiving Leftovers”
Park Hyatt Washington will host its Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine, a seasonal culinary & beverage experience on Saturday, November 22, celebrating Thanksgiving’s bounty and answering the question, what to do with the leftovers?
Join Executive Chef Ryan LaRoche in Blue Duck Tavern’s open kitchen for an interactive demonstration on what to do with Thanksgiving Day leftovers. In a hands-on class, guests will learn how to make a delicious Turkey Dumpling Soup using organic, free-range turkey sourced from Earth N Eats in Waynesboro, PA.
While the soup cooks, guests will join LaRoche at the Chef’s Table to snack on Thanksgiving Day staples including roasted Brussels sprouts served with poached eggs, pickled onions and heirloom apple, and delicious wine pairing. Once the soup is ready, guests will delight in their hard work followed by a seasonal dessert prepared by Pastry Chef Naomi Gallego.
